Our primary dispensary is located in Maine, and we also operate a second location in California and a third in Canada. While the majority of our customers engage with us online, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to each and every one of them.

Customers can shop online 24/7 but we only dispatch orders during processing hours. This means we will process orders between 10:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Time, every Monday-Friday.

Normally we respond back within 1-4 hours after receiving your initial contact, that said if it’s a holiday or past our processing hours, it may take up to 24 hours to get a reply for your messages.
