• Tracking numbers will be issued within 48 hours upon request.

• We do not offer refunds. Our policy allows for reships only.
• For orders with tracking: 100% reship is guaranteed for any lost items.
• For orders without tracking: The order that did not arrive must be finalized first. You will
then need to place the same order again, this time with tracking. We will then ship double
the amount of the original order.
